By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or stock errors, and will refund any amount already paid. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy.

3. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Product use and safety

Gas cooktops must be installed and connected by a qualified professional in accordance with local codes and the product manual. Use only with the gas type indicated on the product (LPG or natural gas). We are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, modification, or use.

5. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page (glass or body warranty and comprehensive product warranty). Warranty claims are handled by email and require proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, video) is owned by or licensed to Stellar Nook LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
