30-Day Returns & Refunds

Stellar Nook LLC (solinahomes.com) wants you to love your cooktop. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items that were installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible unless the damage was present on arrival.

How to start a return

  1. Email fennernmclernon82@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. A real person replies within 2 business hours (Mon–Fri).
  2. We will send you the return address and a return authorization number.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case we cover it.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Inspect your package on delivery. If anything is damaged or defective, email us photos within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
